USI was awarded a project to replace two 810,000 Btu Weil McLain boilers, two 199,000 Btu Navien tankless water heaters, one 45 gallon HTP storage tank, three Taco hot water pumps and a 15kw Dayton electric heater for a separate space at a previously restored mill building that is now a multi-use commercial and residential building located in the heart of Manchester, NH.

We worked directly with our valued client to meet a pre-set construction schedule in order to minimize downtime and service interruptions for the tenants of the large building.

USI collaborated with a Design-Build General Contractor to outfit multiple new floors at this local Pharmaceutical Lab facility. USI was contacted by a Preventative Maintenance Contract Client to replace an aging 80-ton liquid cooled chiller at a peripheral property. We worked with building management and the on-site facilities team to design and select a suitable Carrier replacement for this existing McQuay chiller{…}
