During the initial onset of COVID19 in May 2020, one of USI’s clients experienced a catastrophic failure of a Cooling Tower serving their Residential property in Cambridge, MA. While replacement of this tower had already been planned for the Fall months immediately following Summer - USI was able to quickly pivot and perform this emergency weekend replacement with the help of the City of Cambridge and our dedicated Team.
