Bedford, MA Pharmaceutical Build-out

USI collaborated with a Design-Build General Contractor to outfit multiple new floors at this local Pharmaceutical Lab facility. We installed an extensive amount of ductwork and refrigerant piping as well as multiple Daikin VRV unit systems, Valent DOAS units, HEPA filtration systems and DriSteem electric humidifiers for process and controlled environmental testing rooms. When faced with long-lead times of engineered specified equipment, USI worked with the General Contractor, Engineer and End-User to source and obtain an agreeable replacement with a shorter lead time. This allowed for the project to finish on schedule and allow for use of the facilities as initially desired by the End-User.
